Hackney will be more an attractive place the more chances people with various backgrounds can meet. We present a community ship which connects people and cultures in Hackney. This ship becomes a mobile communal space for regional people and visitors by traveling between facilities and places along the canal. The inside of the ship is accessible for everyone to have tea and work together. Its ceiling is shaped like a mirror ball reflects activities inside the ship towards the outside so people walking along the canal can see inside and be attracted to it. There is a long table installed in the middle of the ship. The table is made of magnetic drawing board on which people can easily draw and erase pictures and letters. This function of the table encourages people to encounter and communicate. The more people in the ship makes the internal scenery and ceiling more colourful.
